Providing guidance and leadership to young adults seeking new adventures beyond Boy Scouts™, Venturing Advisors support the continued growth of the Venturing crewmembers in their charge and prepare them to become responsible, caring adults. The primary duty of an Advisor is to create a safe and positive environment in which Venturers can discover and hone new skills, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from sharing exciting experiences with their peers and teaching others the skills they have learned. This coin salutes the contribution these adults make to Venturing Scouts.

This coin is minted in a proprietary brass alloy, given an antique finish and is selectively imbued with durable high-gloss enamel. The reverse has an area that is ready for engraving. This coin comes packaged in a polybag with a header card.
