All physical products you purchase on TrailStop.com are guaranteed to be in good condition, shipped in a timely manner, and match the description provided. If you receive a product that does not meet these criteria, return it unopened within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. You only pay return shipping (see details below).

Products that aren't covered

We cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • Any product which has been opened.
  • Any product which has obvious signs of use.
  • Any product not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Most products that are returned 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Any cash equivalent product such as gift certificates or gift cards.
  • Grocery products cannot be returned by a refund may still be issued if the product is damaged.

In some cases, we can offer a partial refund for items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date. Contact us for details.

Return procedure

No one expects problems with their orders, but you can be confident knowing that we are ready to help you with any issues you have with your order. Upon discovering any issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Call or email us! We're friendly and helpful. We want to know right away if you aren't completely satisfied and will provide you with a RMA and complete return shipping information.
  2. Prepare your return shipment You'll be provided with shipping instructions. Just remember to pack your item securely, preferably in the original packaging. You're only cost is return shipping so we encourage you to choose the most affordable option but you may want to purchase insurance to protect you in case of carrier loss.
  3. Receive your refund Three to five days after we receive your package, you'll receive a refund either in the same manner you originally paid us or, if you choose, with a TrailStop.com store credit to be used on future purchases.
  4. Purchase a replacement If you wanted to exchange a faulty item for a working item, you would simply place a new order for the same item at this time.
